On August 3, 2018, age 83. Wife of the late Robert A. Napier, survived by her stepson William J. Napier and his wife Karen of Millersville, PA and their children. Also survived by her maternal aunt, Catherine Tropia of Glen Mills, PA and many cousins. Daughter of the late Rose Paradiso Arnstein and Reinhold Arnstein. Rosemarie was a retired bookkeeper for the Fraternal Order of Police in Philadelphia and was an avid supporter of Philadelphia Firefighters. She spent much of her youth growing up in pre-Castro Cuba and had fond memories of the many school dances and activities that were organized there. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
