Raymond George LeFevre, age 96, May 19, 2021, of Sewell, New Jersey. Ray was born and raised in the Nicetown section of Philadelphia. He was a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, serving during World War II. He started his career in the auto sector after setting up the Rental Department at McCafferty Ford in the late 1960’s. Moving to Sheehy Ford in 1977 and doing the same, he retired from Chapman Ford (Sheehy) as the Daily Rental Manager after 20+ years. Everyone who knew him understood that fishing was his passion, and he was a master fisherman, always returning with a cooler filled with fillets which he shared with everyone.

He is survived by his daughters Renee LeFevre, Margaret Vandine (David), Denise Custer (Garry), Catherine Tassone (Natale), Carolyn Tobler (Keith), and Jennifer Montone (Fran), four nephews and one niece, grandfather of 14, great-grandfather of three, great-great-grandfather of two.
Ray’s wish: Friends (I have outlived most) and relatives are not hassled with the burden of attending another funeral. Instead, sit back and reflect on the good times spent with me. Have a drink, make a toast, say a prayer, pay it forward. We will then share another smile and laugh together. If you are so inclined, memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Interment private.
