Michael Raymond Homanick 27 years old of Philadelphia passed away on Wednesday April 7th 2021. Michael was taken from us all too soon.
Michael was the beloved son of Joseph and Colleen (Kruse) Homanick, loving brother of Caitlin and Joseph Jr. as well as cherished grandson of Anna and the late Raymond Kruse. Michael was also the loving nephew of Joseph and Susan (Kruse) Sullivan, loving cousin to Joseph and Christian Sullivan, as well as a cherished and devoted father to Madison Reilly Homanick, and was loved by Samantha.
Michael graduated Maternity BVM grade school and Fr Judge High School Class of 2011. He loved drawing, outdoor adventures, camping, riding his quads and working on cars. He had been a mechanic for several years and recently side by side in new family business. Most of all he cherished his best role becoming a dad to his precious daughter Maddie. He wanted to be the best dad any little girl could have. A memorial service will be held Saturday April 17th 2021, Noon to 2:00 pm at Rose Funeral Home, 2616 Bridge Street Phila., PA 19137. In lieu of flowers Michael’s family is establishing an education fund in Madison’s name. His family can provide additional information.
