Madeline P. Barrett (nee D’Arcy), died peacefully on February 28th, 2019 in her home in Southampton PA, at 69 years old surrounded by her loving family. Madge was lovingly called “D’Arc” by her husband. Madge was born in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary D’Arcy (nee Murphy).
Madge is survived by her loving husband William of 49 years and was the beloved mother to daughters Jennifer Sasse (Thomas), Jillian Barrett, Jacalyn Webster, (Matthew). She is also the cherished Grandmother to Timothy Barrett, Michael Dormer, Shannon Dormer, and Joseph Santos.
Madge was the youngest of five siblings. She is the sister of the late Peter D’Arcy (Gerry), William D’Arcy (Judy), Catherine Bonner (Seamus) and the late Mary Lewis (Joseph). Madeline is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call Saturday March 16th from 9:30 to 11:00 am at Our Lady of Good Council Church, 611 Knowles Ave Southampton PA, 18966. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am.
