Of Philadelphia, PA, Dec. 2, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Donald P., devoted mother of the late Donald Patrick Jr., the late John, Cathy Michalowski (Greg), and Michael (Mary), loving grandmother of Tiffany, Danny, Jamie, Greg, John, Sara, Michael, Jenna, Amanda and Nicolette, and caring great-grandmother of Carter, Lucas, Lacey and Zachary. She loved spending time with her family, working on household projects and visiting the Jersey Shore.

Please join the Leithead family after 1:30 pm Friday, December 7th, at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Lillian’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin promptly at 2:30 with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 3:00 until 5:30 pm, where Lillian’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
