Joseph W. Reynolds, Jr.

Joseph William Reynolds, Jr. of Philadelphia passed away Friday, March 8th, 2019. He was 30 years old. Born in Philadelphia on October 12th, 1988. He was the biological son of Heather Barton Stringer and Joseph William Reynolds Sr. From the time Joseph was 6 months old, he was raised from a nearly newborn baby to an extremely loving, selfless, sometimes clumsy, but always thoughtful and caring young man by his stepfather Paul Edward Stringer and mother Heather Barton Stringer. Joe loved nothing more than to spread love and to be loved by his family and friends. His goofy laugh could light up a dark room and fill everybody’s face with a smile. No matter what life threw at him, he always stayed strong and persevered. As long as his family was happy, he was happy. He accomplished his lifelong dream of creating his own little happy family with his girlfriend, Amanda Marie Steacker, and had two beautiful little boys, Jadyn Joseph Reynolds (6 years old), and Damon Edward Reynolds (3 years old). This was, in fact, Joe’s lifelong wish and there wasn’t anything in life that made him more proud. From the very moment that Joe met Amanda, he knew that she was destined to be the love of his life and he made sure that he let everybody know it. Joe did everything in his power to provide his beautiful girlfriend, and their children, with the best man and father that they could ever ask for. In addition to his mother, Heather Barton Stringer; he is survived by his stepfather, Paul Stringer; his brother Darryn Stringer and his sister Sunnova Stringer. He was preceded in death by his Father, Joseph William Reynolds, Sr.
