Joseph W. Miller, 69, of Newtown, PA passed away peacefully on March 26^th, 2018 with his family at his side after a lengthy illness.  Born September 27^th, 1948 in Abington, PA, Joe graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy after which he enlisted in the United States Army where he flew helicopters.  He taught himself how to weld and made it a career for over 40 years.  He could fabricate anything you could imagine and his welds were nothing short of perfection.  Joe enjoyed tinkering in the garage and took pride in his garden as it showed with his prized tomatoes he grew every year.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  Survived by his wife, Maria Miller of 43 years, his daughter Jessica and Son-in-law Bill Mizell and his adoring grandsons, Jaxon and Austin.  Joe will be sadly missed by his family and friends, but will forever be in our hearts.  As per Joe’s wishes, there will not be any services, however contributions in his memory can be made to www.psp.org.
