Joan M. Lynch, (nee Howarth)

Joan passed away at the age of 76 on Oct 31, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

“Momma Joan” was preceded in death by her father Edward Howarth, mother Melba Violet Howarth and brother Edward R. Howarth. She is survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Howarth; her beloved children Karen Mariner, Leonard A. Lynch; daughter-in-law Tracey Lynch; grandchildren Jake Anthony and JT, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Joan was employed by Merit Industries for many years. What gave her joy was spending time with her children, children from other mothers, grandkids and her extended family and friends.

Please join the Lynch family after 6:00 pm Monday, November 11th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Joan’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin promptly at 7:00 with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 7:30 until 9:30 pm, where Joan’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan’s name may be made to American Cancer Society.
