Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 23rd 2019. Frank was born to the late Frank R. Osterman Sr. and Ester Osterman on March 4th, 1949 and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Devoted husband to Maggie Osterman of 49 years; Loving father of Shane Osterman and the late Dylan Osterman. Adoring grandfather of Jude, Frank, Dylan, Nate, Sol, Jake And the late Zachary Elvis. Cherished brother of Gail (Ernie) Farabella and brother-in-law of Marylou (Tony) Bruni, Cookie (Paul) Pedersen, Millie Cionci, Carol Marcolongo, Patty Marcolongo and Bill Marcolongo. Loving son-in-law of Mary Marcolongo. Survived by 72 loving nieces and nephews.

Frank loved music , art and especially the horse races. He worked for Ewing Cole Architects as an HVAC designer. He loved watching the Eagles and the Phillies and yelling at the TV. And enjoyed talking to his grandsons and friends about all different kinds of topics. He was one of a kind and will be truly missed.

Please join the Osterman family after 3:00pm Sunday July 28 at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Frank’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin promptly at 4:00 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, until 7:00 pm where Franks family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
