Ellen Elizabeth Rice Kiefer, 75, passed away on December 29, 2019.

Ellen was the loving wife of Nicholas Kiefer and amazing mother to daughters, Nicole Kiefer, Jennifer Quinn, Alicia Kiefer and Erica Kiefer (deceased). Ellen was also survived by her devoted grandchildren, John Lawson, Sarah Pimble, Edward Pimble, and Lyndsay Kiefer. Her outgoing and infectious personality will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 7965 Fillmore Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111. The family will greet visitors at 10 am, followed by an Eastern Star service at 11am and the memorial service at 11:15.

Ellen was a dedicated member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 48 years. The Order of The Eastern Star is faith based organization that performs charitable works and funds for other non-profit organizations. In lieu of flowers, donations to Signet Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star in Ellen’s memory would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be sent as follows:
