Deborah L. Caruso, on May 28, 2017 passed after a long 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. Debbie was a petit woman, but mighty. She would do anything for anybody, thinking of herself last. She was known in the neighborhood for rescuing any animal in need, whether it was a cat, dog, or bird. She loved shopping, never for herself always for others; she never wanted anyone to go without. Debbie wasn’t too concerned about health, a nice refreshing pepsi or a hot cup of coffee was her start and end to a day. Debbie was always about being around family. She enjoyed spending every vacation and holiday with them. Her fondest memories were those spent on the beach, collecting shell with her grandsons as the sun rose.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband John, her daughters Anna (Franco) Tallarico, Ashley Caruso (Arnaldo), and her three grandchildren (Christopher, Dominic, and Charlie), and many family and friends.
In honor of Debbie, we ask you to come join us on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM, in celebration of her life at Delaware Valley Cremation Center located at 7350 State Rd. Phila. PA. 19136. Let’s eat and toast to some of our fondest memories with her. Red is the new black. Red was Debbie favorite color so we ask you to wear something casual and red in honor of her.
