Beloved husband of Joyce Wagner (nee Flood); Cherished father of Helen (Dave) Bembischew; Adoring grandfather of Rachel & Kaitlyn Bembischew; Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Relatives & Friends are invited to greet the Wagner family Saturday, July 13th from 9:30AM – 10:15am at St. Christopher’s Church, 13301 Proctor Rd. Philadelphia, Pa where Chester’s memorial mass will immediately follow at 10:30am. Interment will take place after mass at Forest Hill Cemetery, 25 Byberry Rd. Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. In Lieu of flowers charitable donations may be made in Chester’s name to the American Cancer Society.
