Caroline E. Hartman, 85, a long time resident of Bucks County, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2018 at Chandler Hall Hospice Care. Caroline worked many years as a confidential secretary in human resources for the Neshaminy School District.  She enjoyed her Ocean City, NJ vacations with her late husband, Edward J. Hartman, Sr. and in later years with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  In her family’s eyes she was the strongest woman they knew, full of love and caring for family and friends.  Caroline is survived by her children; Dr. Edward J. Hartman, Jr. (Carolyn), Michael Hartman, Joanne Olender (Tom) and Trish Zive (Carl).  She is also survived by her grandchildren Edward Hartman III, (Robin), Ashley Schwartz (Justin), Amanda Hartman (Jim), Kelly Hartman, Drew Hartman and Luke Appleton.  She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren Ryan, Addison, Maggie, Charlotte, and Hailey.  A burial service will be held on a later date for Caroline and her late husband, Edward, at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.  Donations in Caroline’s name may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of  Levittown, 5918 Emilie Road, Levittown, PA  19057
