Madison Louise Narasaki, age 19 of Fairless Hills Pa, lost her fight with Covid-19 on Monday July 12th at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Fairless Hills. She was Born at St. Mary’s Hospital on March 6, 2002, to Stacey Kaucher (Detweiler) and Richard Narasaki. Madison is survived by her Mother and Father, Stepfather Robert Kaucher, stepmother Roxanne Narasaki, loving sister and stepsisters Marisa Narasaki, Kaylee Kaucher and Emma Kaucher, Grandfathers Thomas Detweiler Sr and Fuji Narasaki, Grandmother Peggy Narasaki, Great Grandmothers Annie Huggins and Rosemary King (Rodgers), as well as many loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and countless friends. Madison is predeceased by her loving Grandmother Jane Detweiler (King) and Great Grandfathers Jack King and Jeff Huggins.
Madison had a great work ethic. She was a graduate of the Cosmetology program at Bucks County Technical High School, where she had attained her state require 1250 hours and was in the process of obtaining her cosmetology license, while also attending Bucks County Community College full time with a Major in Education and working as Color and Curl Concierge at a Beauty supply store. She had a true passion for beauty, and nothing made her happier than someone’s reaction to her doing their hair or makeup. She would spend hours recreating looks she had seen in magazines and books until she had the look down flawlessly.
Outside of Cosmetology, Madison was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Flyers. If there was a game on, if she was not watching the game at the arena, she was watching it with her friends or sisters, while professing that she was going to marry this player or that. She also had a love of all things Disney, many times planning movie marathons or making Disney Ears, or choreographing Disney songs with her sisters. Her other true love was her family, especially her Sister and Step sisters. Often, she would “sneak” them out of the house with her for a late-night cruise, usually for an iced tea or just a drive with music blasting. Her most prized possession was a small pillow with “This is my Happy Place” on it, given to her by Mom-Mom Annie. Anywhere she slept, her head was on that pillow. She did however have two mortal enemies: College Math 102 and parallel parking.
Madison was what people described as a brave and beautiful soul. Always smiling and a pleasure to be around, she always made sure everyone was included in whatever was happening. She hunted for excuses to make people smile. For the smallest of reasons, whether it was a celebration or because they had a bad day, she would throw a party or leave a note or a silly poem and flowers in their cars in order to spread her joy. Madison taught everyone around her many life lessons, and embodied the virtues of loyalty, acceptance and selfless love. She was generous and giving and always willing to help.
Madison’s selfless sense of giving extended to everyone, and she often tried to help the homeless. In honor of this, in lieu of flowers, please donate to your local homeless shelter or food bank.
Please join the Kaucher/Detweiler family and the Narasaki family in remembering Madison’s life on July 24th, from 1 to 4 pm at Becks-Givnish Funeral Home, 7400 New Falls Road, Levittown, Pa, 19055 with small service beginning at 3:30 pm, and then join us from 5 pm to 10 pm at William Penn Fire Hall, 123 Main Street, Hulmeville, Pa 19047 to celebrate Madison’s love with food, drink and song.
