Memorial Tribute Gathering
The use of The State Room facility, staff and equipment for an evening or weekend three hour Memorial Tribute Gathering includes:
- Two parking attendants
- Two Tribute Gathering liaisons
- Piano player for gathering time prior to tribute service
- Use of our audio-video systems including 11 big-screen displays
- Custom Life-Tribute Video creation and display
- Use of our private Video Booth
- Use of our interactive Chalkboard Tribute Wall
- eTribute digital guest signature and address collection system
- Table linens and votive candles
- Lemon water and soft pretzel nuggets
- Bartender, sodas, mixers and ice (second bartender is $200 if requested – or required if selecting food for 120)
- Chef / food service liaison
- Staff for set-up, serving and clean-up (before, during and after the event)
