Charles Poserina, age 65, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was the beloved son of the late Helen (nee Szlachetka) and Raymond Sr., brother of Geraldine, Ronald, and the late Raymond Jr., Edmond, and Eileen. Charles is also survived by many nephews, nieces, loved ones and friends. His visitation will be held Friday 10-11:30 am at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Phila, Pa 19136 where his memorial tribute service will start at 11:30am. Charles was a member of the Merchant Marines where he had the opportunity to travel to India and South Africa, he went on to become a truck driver for many years, and was a retired Teamster (Local 107).
He was an proud fan of the Phillies, Flyers and Eagles. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, boating and spending time with friends.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
