On August 8, 2019. Beloved husband of Barbara; Devoted father of Ari (Elena), Christopher (Gina) and Erin (Shane) Rosenbaum; Step-father of Kara (Nick) Perrone & Kyle Hejnar; Cherished grandfather of Ally & Ben Rosenbaum, Sophia, Cole & Mei Lin Perrone. Bernie will be sadly missed by close friends and family.

Bernie was born in Brooklyn in 1938 to Sam & Claire Rosenbaum. He put himself through school and had an accounting degree from Pace University in New York and an MBA from St. Johns University. Both were firsts for members of his family. Bernie worked in public accounting and as a controller for several private companies and then had a very successful career in the insurance industry.

Bernie loved his wife Barbara, his children, his extended family and all of his friends. He really knew how to laugh and enjoy life to the fullest. Bernie was a life long Yankees fan and had the most unique laugh any of his friends ever heard.

Please join the Rosenbaum family after 12:30 pm Sunday, August 11th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Bernie’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin promptly at 1:30 with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 2:00 until 4:00 pm, where Bernie’s wife and family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
