Susan A. Fagan passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 59.

Devoted mother of Christopher (Destiny) Smith and Ryan (Megan) Smith. Loving grandmother of Keagan, Blake and Witten. Loving sister of Diane, Carlos and Linda. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Please join the family after 6:00 pm Tuesday, June 18th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136. Susan’s viewing
will take place from 6:00 until 8:30 pm, with her memorial tribute beginning at 7:00 pm. There will be time for fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 7:30 until 8:30, where Susan’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
