Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.

Troy was born January 5, 1970 in Tuscon, Arizona and moved to Philadelphia in May of 1987. He worked as an automotive mechanic until becoming disabled in 2009. He enjoyed Nascar racing, golfing, and sports. His last few years, he enjoyed computer games.

He is survived by his lifelong partner of 31 years, Racquel and their beloved son, Jeremy, his beloved cat Cosmo, mother and father-in-law, Linda and Wayne Chepress, brother-in-laws, Wayne “Mike” and partner Barbara, Jason Sr. and partner Grace, and 2 nephews and 5 nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Philadelphia Gas Workers Union Hall located at 9190 Marshall St. Philadelphia, Pa 19114 (located behind the Northeast Shopping Center at Welsh Road and Roosevelt Blvd).
